In this role, you will serve as a key driver of Agile delivery, guiding cross‑functional teams to achieve high‑impact outcomes in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. You will act as a facilitator, coach, and servant leader, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you will help streamline processes, remove obstacles, and ensure smooth project execution. Your contributions will directly support mission‑critical initiatives within highly regulated and complex environments. Accountabilities
  • Act as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and ensure teams remain focused on achieving sprint and project goals.
  • Promote Agile values, principles, and best practices while coaching teams to continuously improve delivery performance.
  • Leverage Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, tracking user stories, and reporting on Agile metrics.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficient project flow.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and accountability across cross‑functional teams.
  • Monitor project risks, track KPIs, and proactively drive improvements to delivery processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and project tracking.
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, servant leadership principles, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, adaptability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience working in regulated environments and knowledge of compliance frameworks is a plus.
