TTC, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT / SCIF Infrastructure Specialist to lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and information assurance for a new federal contract.

The role is based onsite at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio, and requires DoD/Intelligence project experience and strong RMF expertise. You will advise on IT infrastructure design and integration for a large-scale intelligence facility, coordinate with external agencies, and ensure compliant IT submittals and installations

Qualifications

• CISSP certification required.
• 12–15 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture with 8–10 years focused on DoD or Intelligence projects.
• Deep knowledge of the RMF and the ATO process.
• Experience with classified networks.
• Proven leadership to guide teams and manage complex IT projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating IT infrastructure for large-scale intelligence facilities.

Responsabilités

Position Title: IT / SCIF Infrastructure Specialist

Location: onsite – Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio

TTC is seeking an experienced IT /SCIF Infrastructure Specialist to lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and information assurance efforts in support of a newly awarded federal contract. We are building our team of key personnel and invite accomplished Infrastructure leaders with government and DoD experience to apply. This position will be located onsite at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton Ohio.

Responsibilities:

The IT / SCIF Infrastructure Specialist will advise and assist in all IT aspects of the MILCON project. The responsibilities will include:

• Provide expertise in the design, programming, planning and management of IT infrastructure for new SCIF MILCON requirements.
• Provide support for identifying IT mission requirements, program development, equipment acquisition and disposition.
• Support the construction IT submittal process, test-reports reviews, change order management and review of all record documents.
• Coordinate activities and fulfill liaison responsibilities for external agencies to include WPAFB 88th Communications Squadron, NASIC and IC mission partners.
• Timely participation in all IT-related reviews; accurate advisory input resulting in compliant IT submittals and installations.

Basic Qualifications:

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, Master's preferred.
• 12-15 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 8-10 focused on DoD or Intelligence projects; focus on system architecture, software development, and IT project management.
• Deep knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the ATO process.
• Experience with classified networks.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, database management, and IT governance.
• Proven leadership to guide teams and manage complex IT projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating the complete technology infrastructure for a new, large scale intelligence facility.
• Responsible for translating complex operational and mission requirements into a cohesive and resilient enterprise architecture.
• Must have knowledge of data centers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud integration.
