Job summary

Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, NY, is seeking an IT SAP Security Engineer to be hands-on in maintenance, upgrades and security design for enterprise SAP systems. The role requires expertise in S4 HANA, GRC 12, Fiori, and SAP Cloud security, with a preferred hybrid/onsite arrangement in Rochester.

The candidate will provide security directions to business units, monitor security compliance, and establish SAP security best practices while collaborating across virtual teams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years demonstrated experience providing SAP security administrator support of S4 HANA, including GUI & Fiori.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience providing SAP security administrator support of GRC 12, BI/BW, Success Factors, SAP Cloud (including SSO and SAP Account Management), Solution Manager & GTS.
• Hands-on experience supporting full lifecycle methodology project implementation inclusive of requirements analysis, design and unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing and implementation.
• Experience with role management, organizational security, building, testing and assigning roles to accounts and use of SU24/SU25 for upgrade processing.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Excellent communication in English, written and verbal.

Role Overview

Eastman Kodak is hiring an IT SAP Security Engineer to be hands‑on in maintenance/KIR support, system upgrades and security design for new project and enhancement development. This experienced SAP Security Professional will join our team to help us maintain important compliance and operational aspects of our most important Enterprise system and help us to grow and transform existing systems.

Key Business areas we support include S4HANA, BW, Success Factors, SAP Cloud, Solutions Manager and GTS. Experience with GRC 12 is required. Knowledge of Segregation of Duties rule management is critical. A good understanding of Fiori Apps is essential.

Preference for this candidate to be hybrid/onsite in Rochester, New York.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 5-10 years demonstrated experience providing SAP security administrator support of S4 HANA, including GUI & Fiori.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience providing SAP security administrator support of GRC 12, BI/BW, Success Factors, SAP Cloud (including SSO and SAP Account Management), Solution Manager & GTS.
• Hands‑on experience supporting full lifecycle methodology project implementation inclusive of requirements analysis, design and unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing and implementation.
• Experience with role management, organizational security, building, testing and assigning roles to accounts and use of SU24/SU25 for upgrade processing.
• Proficient MS O365 Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype) and SharePoint. Knowledge of OneDrive, OneNote, and Teams is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, meetings and presentations with the English language.
• Ability to flexibly provide support, respond to off‑hour emergencies, and join meetings during US EST and some overlap with BST/CET.
• Understanding industry trends, well‑read about SAP and SAP Security, able to research and benchmark.
• Innovative, creative and self‑starting.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
