Quantinuum seeks an experienced SAP Manager to lead SAP deployment, optimization, and support across the organization from our Broomfield, CO or Brooklyn Park, MN locations. You will manage a team of SAP professionals, drive change, and align SAP initiatives with business goals.

This role requires a strong leadership track record in ERP, SAP implementations, and upgrades, with up to 10% travel. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with up to 2 remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 8+ years SAP/ERP implementation and support with leadership.
• 5+ years supporting SAP modules FICO, MM, SD, PP, and PLM.
• US Person requirement (citizen/permanent resident/green card).
• U.S. government security constraint regarding China/Russia nationals.

About The Role

The Manager, SAP will oversee the deployment, enhancement and support of SAP applications within the organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of SAP professionals, leading SAP change and maturity enhancements, and ensuring efficient project execution. Your leadership will be crucial in building the SAP team through selecting, developing, and managing internal employees and external consultants and partners, while improving our SAP support and change processes to be more optimal, streamlined, and compliant.

Your leadership will be critical to developing and executing an enterprise-wide SAP strategy and roadmap that is aligned and positioned to innovate and deliver compelling business value globally.

### YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP and ERP Implementation and Support, with proven leadership experience managing SAP teams and projects.
• Minimum 5+ years supporting SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, and PP, and PLM with a proven track record of successful ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.
• Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Compensation & Benefits

Incentive Eligible -- Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable

The pay range for this role is $156,000 -- $196,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate's skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
