Pay Rate: $45 - $100/hour
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related (Master’s preferred)
We are seeking a Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management Platform Delivery Lead for ERP Transformation. This role partners with Value Stream Leads, Solution Architects, Functional Analysts, Change Management, and business users to deliver SAP S/4 HANA solutions in LES, including IM, MM, Procurement, and EWM processes, with integration to PP, QM, SD, and MES.
Lead ERP deployment projects as liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
Manage workstreams, risk assessments, and cross-stream communications to meet project timelines.
Lead or participate in Process, Security, Data, Reporting, Testing, Training, Data Migration, and Cutover activities.
Engage business users early to gather requirements, identify gaps, and support standardization.
Provide day-to-day operational support to live sites.
Domestic travel up to 25% depending on project phase.
10+ years of SAP Procurement, EWM, and Logistics Execution experience.
Strong SAP EWM and Procurement (R2P) solutioning skills.
Knowledge of integration with PP, QM, SD, and MES.
Understanding of LES and Procurement processes, including Accounts Payable.
Project management, communication, and risk management skills.
Fluent English and strong cross-functional communication.
MDG experience (Material and Vendor Master) is a plus.
