What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of user and license management, including setup, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Make Salesforce configuration changes, including workflows, process builders, and dashboards
- Gather requirements to create scalable solutions focused on user experience
- Maintain the sandbox environment and oversee platform changes and user training
- Handle user support tickets and monitor user adoption to improve Salesforce data quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales Cloud and/or Consumer Cloud
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and best practices
- Experience with user support and data management
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to various stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Apex programming
- Familiarity with debugging processes
- Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer
- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
