Job summary

ConocoPhillips invites applications for a University New Hire in its Information Technology Digital Rotation Program. The program features two 1-year rotations across AI & Data, Emerging Digital Technologies, and other IT disciplines, with assignments at Bartlesville, OK, or Houston, TX, and occasional Anchorage, AK.

Applicants should be a senior in a relevant field, graduating Fall 2026 to Spring/Summer 2027, with a 3.0+ GPA preferred. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Current college level: Senior with expected graduation Fall 2026 – Spring/Summer 2027.
• GPA preference 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement e-solutions to enhance business models.
• Develop and support automation processes across enterprise functions.
• Translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
• Develop, implement, and support network security processes.
• Utilize AI, cloud, data warehousing, telecom and database tech to deliver IT services.
• Provide technical direction for scientific computing areas including visualization.
