UniCredit Poland is seeking an IT Risk and Data Protection Specialist to strengthen our IAM program and data protection practices. The role covers lifecycle management, access governance, and regulatory compliance across multiple systems.

You will collaborate with system owners and cross-functional teams to define access rules, perform periodic controls, and support onboarding of new applications within the IAM framework.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks and improve processes.
• Curiosity and quick learning for new tools and processes.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Previous IAM or IT support experience is a plus, but attitude matters most.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end user provisioning and access rights.
• Handle IAM requests and incident management for supported systems.
• Perform system recertifications and asset governance.
• Onboard new applications into the IAM framework.
• Engage with system owners to define access rules and user groups.
• Conduct periodic IAM controls and maintain compliance evidence with standards like DORA.
