Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Five years of IT risk/audit or related experience.
• Strong understanding of risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT and Data Risk Assessments, Monitoring, and Testing across IT and Data areas.
• Performs enterprise risk, payment network attestations, and cyber security risk assessments.
• Performs gap assessments of technology and data controls.
• Reviews risk analysis work of junior team members.
• Develops IT and Data Risk Management methodology and procedures.
• Monitors regulatory changes and advises leadership.
• Reviews IT and Data policies to align with regulations.
• Monitors and reports risk mitigation and resolution.
• Produces reporting on risks and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Supports exam readiness for regulatory/audit examinations.
• Partners with stakeholders to challenge execution of risk framework.
• Mentors junior analysts and builds risk awareness.
