Nightwing seeks an IT Requirements Manager to coordinate use-case identification, requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment for technology insertions within a federal mission context. You will translate operator needs into actionable specifications, develop business cases and drive governance with measurable outcomes.

This role requires U.S. citizenship, an active security clearance, 5+ years in IT/cyber security or systems integration, and strong facilitation and documentation skills.

Formación

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred) and ability to obtain DHS EOD suitability.
• 5+ years of direct IT/cyber security, systems integration, or related experience.

Nightwing is supporting a U.S. Government customer to provide support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber-attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution. Contract personnel perform investigations to characterize the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services. Nightwing is seeking an IT Requirements Manager to support this critical customer mission. The Requirements Engineer will facilitate use case identification, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination for technology integration initiatives. This role ensures technology insertions align with mission goals, operational priorities, and measurable outcomes while managing stakeholder expectations and communication.

Required Skills

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
• 5+ years of direct relevant experience in IT, cyber security operations, systems integration or related fields
• Strong requirements development and documentation skills
• Experience with use case development and user story creation
• Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project coordination and tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills

• Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs
• Experience with cloud technologies and services
• Experience with agile requirements management

Required Education

• BS Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma & 7-9 years of directly relevant experience.

Desired Certifications

• DoD 8140 IAT Level II

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($77,000-$163,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
