Job summary

Business Computers Management Consulting Group, LLC (BCMC) is seeking an IT Requirements Manager to support a critical U.S. Government mission.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, identifying use cases, and coordinating with stakeholders to align technology insertions with mission goals. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, defining success criteria, and developing business cases for technology pilots, while ensuring traceability and governance across the integration

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD suitability.
• 5+ years of direct relevant IT, cyber security operations, systems integration or related fields.
• Strong requirements development and documentation skills.
• Experience with use case development and user story creation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project coordination and tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

BCMC is supporting a U.S. Government customer to provide support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber-attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution. Contract personnel perform investigations to characterize the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services. We are seeking an IT Requirements Manager to support this critical customer mission.

The Requirements Engineer will facilitate use case identification, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination for technology integration initiatives. This role ensures technology insertions align with mission goals, operational priorities, and measurable outcomes while managing stakeholder expectations and communication.
