IT Recruiter Sales Oriented - Remote Work:

Due to our impressive growth, we're looking to add Sales Oriented IT Recruiters to join our Recruiting Team and help expand our sales agent teams.

Main Activities:

  1. Proactively manage a large pipeline & database of applicants to effectively identify sales talent.
  2. Assist the Talent team by recruiting qualified sales agents and any other positions within the organization as needed.
  3. Provide effective support to stakeholders within our Sales and Operations teams by building strong candidate pipelines to support our company’s growth.
  4. Provide Full Life Cycle Recruiting including sourcing, interviews, technical exams, presentation, closing of candidates and start the hiring process.
  5. Assist in the organization of candidate interviews with clients, preparation of candidates and follow-up after their interviews.
  6. Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to carry out the recruitment process according to their needs.

What are we looking for:

  1. Bachelor's degree or at least 2+ years of work experience as a recruiter.
  2. 1 year of experience in Full Life Cycle Recruiting for highly competitive enterprise sales candidates is desired.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be persistent and persuasive.
  4. Great capacity for self-management.
  5. Must be energetic, motivated, and committed to the success of the team.
  6. Advanced English level.
