Job summary

Uline is seeking an IT Purchasing Specialist to help get the right tools in place to support North America operations from our Pleasant Prairie, WI campus. This hands-on role focuses on IT procurement, creating and expediting purchase orders, and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and contract compliance.

You will maintain knowledge of IT contracts and purchasing processes, working with cross-functional teams to drive efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of purchasing, vendor relations and contract negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Purchase IT products and services to support business operations.
• Create and place purchase orders, expediting deliveries on select products.
• Send requests for internal approval to key stakeholders.
• Complete reports and special projects.
• Maintain knowledge of IT procurement, IT contracts and purchasing processes, workflows and practices.
