Job summary

Uline is seeking an IT Purchasing Specialist to secure the right tools that keep North America operations running smoothly. This role collaborates with IT teams and suppliers to purchase IT products and services, manage orders, and expedite deliveries as needed.

Based in the North American footprint, you will maintain IT procurement knowledge, negotiate contracts, and support reports and special projects. Uline offers competitive benefits and a stable, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years in purchasing, vendor relations and contract negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel. Oracle and ServiceNow preferred.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field.
