Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project management, data privacy, budgeting and IT operations
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures (architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, service provision).
• Develop requests for proposal and bid requirements for hardware and software; review bids for compliance.
• Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements.
• Manage IT Department budgets, purchasing, and budget reviews.
• Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending.
• Review hardware and software contracts and pursue master agreements for economies of scale.
• Define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
• Coordinate IT activities across the organization and provide administrative support for daily IT operations.
• Establish and maintain communications with department heads on IT activities.
