Job summary

Job description

• Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution.
• Also responsible for employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management. Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas.
  Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
• Has strong understanding of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Clienture DevOps).
• Experience leading M365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
  Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Manages stakeholder relationships, provides executive-level project oversight, and leads the continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks.
• Leads and coordinates technology projects with business partners to deliver IT capabilities and solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Ensures successful execution of project roadmaps, budget management, and stakeholder alignment while mitigating risks and optimizing resources.

Additional Job Details

• Ability to use SAP to research and manage financials is preferred but at least must be learned to be successful in the position.
