Job summary

Sia is a global management consulting group seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and implement major programs from initiation through realization. You’ll build roadmaps, manage senior project managers, and report on progress and benefits to business leadership.

The role emphasizes data- and AI-related topics, ERP experience, and strong English and Dutch communication, with opportunities to work across international projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, engineering, CS, statistics, or econometrics.
• 3+ years of relevant experience; experience in managing complex programs is a plus; analytical mind.
• Experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle...).
• Strong interest in data and AI; ability to learn quickly and help clients seize opportunities.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills.
• Strong leadership skills.

• You have a Master's degree applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics.
• You have 3+ years relevant working experience and if possible experience in managing complex programs Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• Experience with ERPs implementation (e.g. SAP, Oracle...).
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
• Strong leadership skills.
