Modern Family Law (MFL), a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seekingan IT Project Manager – Web & Enterprise Applications to join our offices remotely in Colorado.
The IT Project Manager – Web & Enterprise Applications will work directly with business stakeholders, developers, IT, and legal professionals to drive digital projects that impact both client–facing and internal operations. This full–time, remote position will report out of Colorado.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project lifecycle for web development, Salesforce customization, and other
enterprise application initiatives.
- Gather requirements, define scope, and develop project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate work across in–house, contract, and vendor teams (including web
developers, IT, marketing, and Salesforce consultants).
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and drive solutions to keep
projects on track.
- Oversee QA/testing and ensure successful delivery, launch, and post–launch support.
- Manage project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Support process improvement and adoption of digital tools across the firm.
Position Requirements
- As our culture is remote–first, all employees are expected to have the ability to work
from home with a reliable internet connection and to set up a workstation that
supports productive work during normal business hours.
- Three (3) years plus experience managing technical projects (web, SaaS, or enterprise applications—legal tech a plus).
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and
Cloud/SaaS Platforms (Salesforce Experience Highly Preferred).
- Strong technical acumen—you don’t need to code, but can bridge business and
technical teams.
- Proven success running agile or hybrid projects (Jira/Asana/ClickUp experience a
plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a bias for clarity and action.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast–paced environment.
- Experience with vendor/contractor management.

- Prior experience in legal, professional services, or regulated environments is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience working with the Microsoft Suite of products, such as
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe; and Zoom Conferencing Technology.

- Ability to be present for off-site work at a war room or courthouse when the case goes to trial.
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk while typing, using a mouse, and looking at a computer screen.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary to handle routine or emergent issues.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing using telephone, text message, or emails.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend over, and lift items from the ground exceeding 10 pounds to a height from between one’s waist to eye level.

Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000.
The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, internal and external pay equity, and other job–related factors as permitted by law. Full–time employees are eligible for health insurance with an optional Flexible Spending Account or a Health Savings Account, short–term disability, long–term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401(k) Retirement, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program to support the personal wellness needs of our employees.
Additional voluntary programs are available and include voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long–term care, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance, as well as pet insurance. Additionally, in some markets, commuter and transit benefit programs are available.
