  • Guide and coach teams to align with project goals and agile practices, managing multiple priorities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and effective risk management.
  • Develop and execute strategies that enhance project delivery, improve team velocity and product quality, and advance organizational objectives by optimizing project delivery tools and processes, including tools like Jira.
  • Actively manage resource allocation, ensuring that project teams have the necessary skills, tools, and capacity to meet project demands.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues with effective mitigation strategies to improve project outcomes and team performance.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal and external dependencies, actively removing blockers to enhance team delivery effectiveness.
  • Assist with project intake and governance activities, including ROI calculations and benefits realization.
Other Duties

  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery update activities.
  • Ensure project documentation is current, accessible, and well-maintained.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment that consists of at least two onsite days in the downtown Denver office per week including Tuesdays and Wednesdays for in-person team collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage at both technical and business levels.
  • Strong documentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in various project delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, and Rally.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and connecting the dots to drive informed decisions.
  • Ability to guide teams in adopting new technologies and processes.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, tools, and technologies (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, cloud platforms) and how they enable efficient delivery of solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) for managing large and complex projects, desired.
  • Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Critical thinking, analysis, and process improvement skills to drive continuous improvement in software delivery.
Education/Experience
