You will own delivery from initiation to closure, coordinate cross-functional teams, and partner with stakeholders to define goals, scope, and timelines. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of enterprise PM experience, with expertise in managing multiple projects, budgets, and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience in an enterprise setting.
• Experience delivering IT projects for HR, Sales, or Marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce, Workday, or both.
• Proficient in Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting HR (Workday), Sales (Salesforce), and Marketing.
• Partner with stakeholders to define goals, requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and business partners.
• Identify, manage, and remove project roadblocks, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive updates.
• Manage change requests and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure adherence to IT standards, security requirements, and compliance policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and delivery outcomes.
