IT Project Manager

Job Overview

Manage the overall effort for a National Security customer, including monitoring work performance, measuring results, ensuring delivery of product deliverables and solutions, supporting management and recommendations, and facilitating communications. Establish and maintain processes to track issues and action items with the Government, providing timely status reports. Active Secret Clearance is required. Must be local to Colorado Springs.

Salary Range: $145,000 - $155,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain a program-level resource plan covering personnel, equipment, supplies, and facilities needed for USSF-hosted EIS environments.
2. Collaborate with project teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve risks and scheduling conflicts.
3. Provide regular and accurate project updates through Monthly Status Reports.
4. Assist with quality assurance plans, activities, and defect tracking.
5. Manage the EIS Administration and Solutions Teams to ensure operational continuity for USSF SharePoint and TMT tools.
6. Promote continuous improvement in customer experience using USSF Support Center, SharePoint Online, AF Portal, and training.
7. Ensure network security compliance and maintain IA posture for accreditation.
8. Communicate with Contracting Officers Representative (COR) and Government regarding all project aspects.
9. Notify and work with the Government to resolve issues.
10. Manage the Citizant team to meet or exceed the Government's requirements.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years supporting or leading PMO or Enterprise Information Services teams.
2. Project management experience, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
3. Strong communication skills, with 2+ years writing management reports.
4. Ability to provide on-site leadership in Colorado Springs.

Desired Skills

5. Knowledge of USSF structure, processes, and procedures.

8. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
9. Proficiency with MS Office 365 Suite, SharePoint 2010+, and related tools.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, with at least 5 years of project or program management experience handling budgets over $5M annually. Equivalent experience may substitute for education.

Security Clearance

Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance. Top Secret is preferred.
