We are in search of a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to join our innovative tech services team. You will be a major player in the development and implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems, leveraging your knowledge and expertise in IT project management to drive our projects to success. This is a permanent position, providing an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals in the Tech Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT project management, Agile methodologies, and will be PMP and CSM certified.

Responsibilities

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing the full project life cycle from initiation through to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, outlining goals, resources needed, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals, and to ensure smooth communication and execution of projects.
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle.
• Applying Agile methodologies throughout the project development process.
• Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.
• Assisting in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.
• Facilitating decision-making processes as needed, driving consensus among stakeholders and team members.
• Creating and managing project templates, ensuring projects adhere to the framework.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Traffic, Civil, Transportation, or Electrical) or Computer Science; Preferred Master’s degree or professional registration. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the Tech Services industry.
• Proven experience in managing Intelligent Transportation Systems.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
