  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success, fostering collaboration and clear communication across technical teams, business units, and vendors.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates and ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Oversee testing, user training, and compliance to ensure IT solutions meet company standards and regulatory requirements; maintain documentation.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure delivery of project components, SLAs, and issue resolution.
  • Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems, minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze outcomes and implement improvements for future initiatives.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Support the property’s operations as needed.

PURPOSE

The Information Technology (IT) Project Manager reports directly to the IT Director and plays a pivotal role within the IT department. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology initiatives that align with Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel’s strategic goals. The IT Project Manager ensures the successful implementation of IT projects that enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and elevate the guest experience. This role oversees cross-functional teams, manages timelines, and ensures effective communication with stakeholders to deliver projects to the highest standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. Proactively address risks and ensure seamless execution of all IT projects.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success, fostering collaboration and clear communication across technical teams, business units, and vendors.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates and ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Oversee testing, user training, and compliance to ensure IT solutions meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain thorough documentation for all projects.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure delivery of project components, adherence to service level agreements, and resolution of vendor-related issues.
  • Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems, minimizing disruptions to operations and maximizing system efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future initiatives. Contribute to ongoing enhancements of IT processes and systems.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Support the property’s overall operations and success by fulfilling additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. An additional two (2) years of applicable experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Four (4) years of experience in IT project management within an equivalent-sized property.
  • Project Management Professional Certification
Skills and Abilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in IT project management tools and methodologies, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and compliance requirements.
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrates exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.

PREFERRED
Education and Experience:
  • Experience in a Casino Hotel environment.

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position
