Job summary

Lennar Technology Group seeks an LTG Project Manager to drive end-to-end IT project delivery, partnering with Product and Delivery teams. You will plan schedules, budgets, risks, and governance while enabling Lean and Agile practices for value delivery.

The ideal candidate communicates exceptionally well, coordinates stakeholders, and ensures on-time releases with clear visibility of progress and blockers. This role is based in Irvine, CA, and is office-focused.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years managing IT projects.
• Hands-on in schedules, budgets, risk registers and dependency logs.
• PMP/PMI-ACP certification preferred but not required.
• Lean and Agile methodologies knowledge essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication with facilitation skills.
• Experience with GitHub Projects, LLMs and modern PM tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the project schedule, milestone plan, and release calendar.
• Build and manage the project budget and track actuals.
• Handle capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Track cross-team dependencies and blockers.
• Maintain risk and issue logs with mitigation steps.
• Escalate blockers with recommended actions to leadership.
• Produce status reports and executive dashboards.
• Facilitate ceremonies and governance meetings; capture actions.
• Apply Lean and Agile principles to improve delivery efficiency.
