Job summary

Tech Holding is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for a project-based assignment to drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects through rigorous governance and structured execution.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of hands-on project management, Agile/Scrum leadership, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and vendors from scope to value realization.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on technical project management experience.
Proven track record delivering complex technology projects on time.
Strong ability to engage with engineering teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Stand up projects end-to-end with clear scope and governance.
Create and maintain governance artifacts (charter, RACI, RAID, decision log, integrated plan).
Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and operations.
Develop and manage integrated project plans with milestones and dependencies.
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
Drive accountability and ownership of workstream leads and vendors.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies with options for leadership.
Facilitate governance forums with clear agendas and documented outcomes.
Provide concise executive reporting on delivery status and business impact.
Ensure alignment to strategy, budget, and roadmap.
Close projects with transition to operations and lessons learned.
