Job Title: Senior IT Analyst - TSA

Join our dynamic team as a Senior IT Analyst supporting IT TSA Management. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on strategic projects and ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and document TSA activities, ensuring effective communication and execution.
2. Support the IT TSA Management Team with change requests, exit management, and escalations.
3. Facilitate TSA migration plan reviews and ensure timely updates and tracking.
4. Assist in TMO processes, including status reports, dispute resolutions, and workshops.
5. Document and share meeting minutes, and assist in preparing leadership presentations.
6. Manage TSA exit tracking documents and coordinate with relevant teams for updates.

Skills

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in managing stakeholders, risks, and changes efficiently.
• Experience in facilitating and creating documentation and presentations.

Preferred Skills
