Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an IT Project Manager III in Rosemead, CA for a 13-month contract. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, and execution of data and analytics projects within the Technology Enablement and Analytics division.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of delivering data/analytics programs, knowledge of platforms such as SAP BDC, Snowflake, SAP BTP, and SAP Analytics Cloud, and a Bachelor's degree. PMP or Agile certifications are preferred.

Title: IT Project Manager III

Location: Rosemead, CA 91770 (Hybrid - Wed Onsite)

Duration: 13 months with possible extension

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job duties may include: preventing power surges; ensuring that the right amount of energy is distributed; operating power-generating equipment; measuring power flow with gauges, meters, and charts; and maintaining generators, turbines, and other equipment...Education/Experience: Associate Degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; possesses three to five years of experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload

IT Project Manager requiring planning, oversight and execution of data and advanced analytics projects in Technology Enablement and Analytics division of Enterprise Transformation Services in an effort to modernize the data and analytics platforms serving different operating units. Majority of these projects are run by our in-house Managed Service Provider for technology execution and the project manager role should serve as the single point of contact for budgeting, scoping, technology decisions with architecture collaboration and quality advisors, steering committee management, program oversight, risk management and OU stakeholder management.

Required Skills/Attributes

8+ years of experience in technical delivery of data and analytics projects; Proven experience in utility sector for data lifecycle and application project delivery and deployment on platforms like SAP BDC, Snowflake, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAS, or equivalent data platforms
