Oversee multiple high-priority projects and/or business unit programs, requiring significant resources and high levels of integration. Ensure projects are documented, prioritized, and executed to meet requirements. Focus on customer satisfaction by managing commitments and resolving issues, including communication with sponsors, stakeholders, and management, including senior leaders and executives. Provide vision and strategy to meet business needs and objectives. Interface with all affected areas, including end users, business stakeholders, support functions, and vendors. Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and processes.
Span of impact: Corporation; multiple lines of business; Budget impact: $10M to $100M; Duration: 1-5 years; Complexity: medium to large.
