Qualifications

• 84 months of experience managing IT software and database development projects including analysis, design, coding, unit testing, quality assurance, implementation, infrastructure and security.
• Experience defining CSSQ: cost, scope, schedule, and quality, including developing project budgets and scope statements.
• Experience developing and managing budgets for IT projects and resource plans.
• Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project while coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience in health and human services domains is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT software and database development projects from analysis through implementation.
• Define and manage project CSSQ including budgets, scope, schedule and quality.
• Develop and execute project plans and communications plans.
• Lead multiple development teams on modernization projects in health and human services.
