Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 7+ лет опыта в IT-управлении проектами с упором на обеспечение качества.
• Опыт методологий PM (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) и процессов QA.
• Знание ИТ-инфраструктуры, систем и управления рисками.
• Доказанный опыт реализации проектов в сложных IT- средах.
• Отличные коммуникационные, лидерские и аналитические навыки.
• Опыт работы с лабораторными информационными системами (LIMS).
• Знание требований GxP.
• Опыт работы с решениями DMS.

Responsibilities

• Планировать, выполнять и поставлять IT-проекты в среде квали лаборатории, управляя графиками, бюджетами и ресурсами.
• Сотрудничать с межфункциональными командами для определения объёма проекта и внедрения процессов QA.
• Проводить оценку рисков и разрабатывать меры по их снижению с учётом регуляторных требований.
• Управлять проектными командами, реализуя лучшие практики в управлении IT-проектами.
• Готовить статусы проектов и управлять отношениями с поставщиками по проектам в квали-лаборатории.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and implement quality assurance processes for IT systems
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Lead project teams, fostering continuous improvement and driving adoption of best practices in IT project management
• Prepare project status reports and manage vendor relationships related to IT quality lab projects
