Job summary

Kforce is seeking an IT Project Manager in Orlando, FL to lead complex IT, digital transformation, and enterprise technology initiatives. You will drive scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and adoption while partnering with a wide range of stakeholders to align with strategic priorities and airport operations requirements.

The role requires PMP or near-term certification, robust leadership and communication skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams across technology domains.

Qualifications

• PMP required or within 12 months.
• Strong modern project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze systems and data across technology portfolios.
• Knowledge of IT project management for enterprise systems, infrastructure modernization, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data/analytics, automation, AI-enabled initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
• Ability to manage projects in operationally sensitive environments affecting continuity, customer experience, airport operations, or enterprise service delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned IT and enterprise technology projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, transition to ops, and closeout.
• Develop project charters, business cases, implementation plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, communication plans, decision logs, and project closeout documentation.
• Manage dependencies, constraints, milestones, deliverables, issues, and decisions to ensure alignment with priorities.
• Ensure projects include operational readiness, transition support, training, adoption planning, cybersecurity review, data considerations, and post-implementation evaluation
