What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive processes from requirements gathering to agile development and deployment, simplifying complex business problems
- Craft storyboards, product specifications, and user stories while collaborating with engineering and business teams
- Provide education, training, and operational leadership on commercial real estate technology to clients
- Serve as the first point of escalation for technology support and delivery challenges, working with platform teams to resolve issues
- Develop a long-term strategy for technology installations in partnership with clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- Prior product management experience, consulting, or business analyst experience in a dynamic environment
- Strong networking and influential skills to work across diverse stakeholders
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate functions and technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Familiarity with JLL CRE Technologies and third-party Prop Tech, IWMS, Smart Buildings, IoT, etc.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
