Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Project Manager for our Wyman Gordon IT division in Houston, Texas.

The role leads cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and close projects aligned with business objectives, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or engineering and 1–2 years of project coordination experience, with familiarity in SDLC, agile methods, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related role.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts or methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within defined scope.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and ensure preparation and participation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor project budget and track actual vs. forecasted costs.
• Ensure appropriate resource allocation and utilization.
• Escalate potential cost overruns or resource constraints.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and PMO compliance.
