Job summary

System One is seeking an IT Project Manager in Dallas to manage the full project lifecycle for digital organization initiatives within our client's AI, Personalization, and Digital Platform programs. You will run multiple projects across platforms, coordinating with engineers, managers, and cross-functional teams.

This role requires on-site work five days a week and W2 employment only. Key qualifications include PMP certification, telecom industry experience with major providers, and strong

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• SAFe Agilist or similar certifications are required (examples include SPC, RTE, POPM, SASM, SASM/SSM, SaSP, etc.).
• Experience in telecom industry with large vendors or carriers.
• Strong skills in project planning and control, including scope, risk, issue and quality management.
• Experience working within a large digital transformation program with Program Managers and cross-functional teams.

Projects support the AI, Personalization and Digital Platform programs. You will run multiple projects across platforms and work with engineers, managers, and other teams.

Requirements

• Experience working inside a large digital transformation program with Program Managers and cross-functional teams
• SAFe Agilist or similar certifications (SAFe Practice Consultant - SPC , SAFe Release Train Engineer - RTE, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager - POPM, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master - SASM / SAFe Scrum Master - SSM, Scrum@Scale Practitioner - SaSP, etc )
