Job summary

TalentBridgeX seeks a Project Manager in Washington, D.C. to provide IT project management support for up to 10 projects of varying size and complexity.

The role involves working with USCP OIS staff to ensure scope, schedule, and budget compliance, and to define project objectives with stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing documentation, identifying risks, managing changes, and reporting status to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of IT project management experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Agile certification such as CSM/PMI-ACP/PSM is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project management for up to 10 projects with varying size and complexity.
• Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documents (plans, requirements, communications, agendas).
• Identify and track risks/issues and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Report project status to management and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Monitor project performance using MS Project, Teams Planner, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or PM dashboards.
• Support PMO activities via internal reviews and findings tracking.
