Qualifications

• 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience managing application and/or infrastructure/ hardware IT projects.
• Strong understanding of IT processes, project lifecycles and organizational change.
• Experience in a growing or evolving IT environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable IT project plans.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through execution and completion
• Support the integration and growth of a developing IT organization
• Establish and apply effective IT project management processes, standards, and workflows
• Coordinate projects involving applications, systems, infrastructure and hardware
• Work with IT leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and apply best practices across projects
• Facilitate communication and alignment among technical and business stakeholders
• Support development and implementation of IT systems and processes as requirements are defined
