The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, proactive project oversight, and excellent communication, ensuring compliance with industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, PM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in commissioning & qualification, capital, construction, NPI and expansion projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee project plans to meet goals within budget and schedule.
• Lead project teams and provide direction to members.
• Coordinate activities, resources, and deliverables for successful completion.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on status and concerns.
• Resolve project issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout the lifecycle.

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing industry, particularly in sectors like pharma, biotech, or medical devices. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing diverse projects including Commissioning & Qualification, capital projects, construction projects, NPI, and expansion projects. As a pivotal member of our team, the Project Manager will need to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and a proactive approach to project management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.

• PMP certification is a plus.
