Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager in the United States (Connecticut) to lead projects from initiation through closure. You will develop plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with developers, analysts, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, experience with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall or hybrid methods, and proficiency with MS Project/Planner within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management.
• Proficient understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project/Planner).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

• Supports change management and communication efforts.
• Assists with vendor coordination and contract tracking as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
