Overview

As a dynamic and growing organization, we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and contribute to critical IT infrastructure initiatives. This is a work-from-home opportunity for Project Managers who reside in the State of Colorado only. This is a contract opportunity with medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay and 401k benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute IT Infrastructure projects, including Cybersecurity, Networking, and Telephony/Mobility initiatives.
  • Work within an Azure Cloud environment to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Leverage Agile Scrum methodologies to drive project progress, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to project plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across project teams.
Qualifications
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent) is required.
  • 2-5 years of Project Management experience
  • Proven hands-on experience managing IT Infrastructure projects, including:
  • Cybersecurity
  • Networking
  • Telephony/Mobility
  • Strong understanding and experience with Azure Cloud environments.
  • Experience in Agile Scrum practices, including leading sprint ceremonies and managing scrum teams.
  • Project Mangement financial tracking
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk-management abilities.
Skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare IT systems.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
  • Experience with ITIL or IT Service Management processes.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $50/hour.
