Job Summary
Our client, a major commercial airline, is seeking for a someone who Leads and manages IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources and risks, supports technology initiatives, and drives successful project delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by staying current on state-of-the-art practices
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
- Experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction
- PMP Certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience creating and presenting materials to senior leadership and executives
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Agile certification or Agile project delivery experience
- Experience within large enterprise IT environments
- Background in software development or technical project delivery
- Experience supporting technology initiatives within highly regulated industries
- Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and security controls.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $70.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
