Job description

Pay: $70-75. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period, including health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance.

Role Details: 100% remote role, no expectation of onsite work. Must work EST hours. W2 candidates only.

Manager Notes

1. PMI PMP certification required (must include certification number and active dates on resume).
2. Minimum 7+ years of project management experience.
3. Experience with different methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum).
4. Experience managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
5. Projects will span different domains; strong expertise in at least one domain is required.
6. Preferred domain experience includes:

• SAP ECC – led SAP ECC implementations, upgrades, cutovers, and testing cycles.
• Salesforce.com – led SFDC implementations, upgrades, cutovers, and testing cycles.

Ability to manage project financials for budgets ranging from $250k to $750k, typically lasting 6-9 months with teams of 7-10 people.

Experience with Planview is a plus.

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.

Candidates should be concise in responses during pre-interview questionnaires and interviews.

Requirements

• Active PMP Certification.
• Knowledge of Product Service Delivery Model.
• 7+ years of project management experience in domains such as ERP, SFDC, Supply Chain, Cyber Security, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, Data Integration, Infrastructure, etc.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience with virtual teams.
• Experience with Planview modules for Portfolio Management, Project Place, and Agile Place is a plus.
• Experience with Agile tools like Kanban Boards, JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, or Planview.
• Experience with Digital Transformation and automating manual project management processes.
• Domain certifications in SAP, SFDC, Cyber Security, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, or Infrastructure are desirable.
