Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Agile ceremonies: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Prepare agendas and track action items; capture notes and follow-ups.
• Support backlog readiness and dependency tracking ahead of PI Planning.
• Assist in compiling ART health metrics such as feature burndown and team velocity.
• Help create and maintain dashboards in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or Power BI.
• Coordinate PI Planning logistics: invites, agendas, digital boards, templates.
• Publish PI plans with team objectives, risks, and scope.
