Charles IT is seeking an IT Project Engineer to join the Projects Team in a hands-on role delivering client-focused IT project work. You will lead technical initiatives, coordinate across clients, vendors, and internal teams, and provide escalation support throughout project lifecycles.
The role emphasizes delivering successful migrations, server builds, and ongoing optimization, with strong documentation, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering successful client outcomes by leading technical project work and serving as both a hands-on engineer and escalation point. You'll collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to implement solutions that align with project goals and business needs. Responsibilities:
