Job summary

Recru is seeking an organized IT Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of software and application projects in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with project managers, developers, analysts, and vendors to keep work on schedule and risks tracked.

The role focuses on coordinating application development, system implementations, integrations, and software enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating IT projects, software implementations, or app development
• Experience supporting multiple projects in a PMO or IT org
• Strong skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables
• Facilitate project meetings, standups, sprints, workshops, and reviews
• Maintain RAID logs, action items, status reports, and project plans
• Provide regular status updates and escalate risks as needed
