We are seeking an experienced IT Project Consultant to provide onsite support for an SAP implementation at our client's facility in Jacksonville, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the project strategy, ensuring seamless integration of the SAP system into warehouse operations. This role requires extensive experience in SAP implementation for Warehouse Operations within the Life Sciences industry, with a focus on compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite Project Leadership: Lead the SAP implementation project onsite, developing strategies aligned with the client's operational goals and industry best practices.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, warehouse operations, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- SAP Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of SAP modules related to warehouse management (WM, EWM) and their integration with other modules such as MM, QM, and SD to guide the project.
- Compliance Management: Ensure SAP implementation complies with relevant regulatory standards (GxP, FDA, EMA) and supports quality and validation processes.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage potential project risks, providing solutions for successful delivery.
- End-User Training: Develop and deliver training programs for warehouse staff to ensure effective post-implementation use of SAP.
- Continuous Support: Provide onsite support during testing, deployment, and initial operation phases to facilitate smooth project execution.
Competencies / Skills:
- Expertise in SAP WM and EWM modules, and their integration with other SAP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical warehouse operations and regulatory compliance.
- Strong project management skills, including managing budgets, timelines, and teams.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on practical and efficient solutions.
- Certifications: PMP certification is highly desirable.
- 8-10 years of IT project management experience, especially in SAP implementations.
- Proven SAP implementation experience within Warehouse Operations, particularly in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Experience leading SAP projects in GxP-regulated environments.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
