Job summary

MartinFed, based in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Project Analyst to support IT initiatives by collecting data, running basic reports, and coordinating with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights.

You will assist in designing project schedules, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government cost controls.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of prior experience supporting complex projects.
• Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Ability to create, customize, prepare, and maintain project budget documents.
• Fluent in maintaining and updating project websites, graphical elements, internal applications, and other project automation tools.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerApps, data visualization software (PowerBI), and project management software (MS Project, JIRA).
• Experience with project planning, schedules, and timelines; gathering requirements; supporting objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise‑level IT projects through complete lifecycles.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership for status communication.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, risk tracking, meeting coordination, and status reporting.
• Develop and maintain project documentation: plans, minutes, action trackers, executive summaries, whitepapers.
• Monitor progress and help identify issues, risks, dependencies; prepare updates and metrics.
