The Role and Impact
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex business challenges, identifying automation opportunities, and optimizing processes within a structured framework. Your day-to-day work will involve gathering and clarifying business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and performing user acceptance testing to ensure new features and workflows meet project goals. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 0-1 years of hands‑on experience in business analysis or related domains, with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands‑on training OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience.

Proficiency in data analytics and mining tools.

Experience with reporting tools and frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Demonstrated problem‑solving capabilities and disciplined execution.

Experience in group problem‑solving and collaboration.
