Intel's Sales and Marketing Application Design-In Center (ADC) group provides world-class support to our OEM and developer partners. In this position, you will be joining a high performing team within ASMO SMG.
As a member of this team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Have the opportunity to work on Intel's Atom, Core, Xeon product lines and across Business Units (CCG/DPG/DSG/IOTG).
- Provide technical support for solutions that incorporate one or more Intel products and technologies, drive solution design ensuring time to market readiness, transform opportunities to design and production wins, and enable ecosystem and industry partners for platform solution readiness.
- Develop and implement product design, development, and validation tools and provide technical and issue resolution support during development, testing, and production.
- Evaluate, design, and develop new software and hardware fixtures and utilize tools during project deployment to validate and optimize product quality and performance.
- Create product specifications, hardware design guides, application notes, and other supporting technical collateral.
- Collaborate and enable internal and external silicon, hardware, and software teams to deliver latest products in the market.
- Partner with customer Research and Development and manufacturing to ensure smooth product ramp through integrating customer DFx requirements, mitigating customer factory challenges, delivering product training, and providing health oversight with rapid technical support and systematic improvement action.

- Proactive in defining tasks and driving them to completion; follow-up with internal project resources and stakeholders/customers.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical knowledge and experience of 1+ years with platforms and troubleshooting skills and software development experience with Python.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree and 2+ years of experience with Intel platforms and troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or another related discipline with the following 2+ years of experience:
- Software development experience on IA based platforms.
- Working directly with external customers.
- Multiple OS development.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$104,890.00-$148,080.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role:
