Description:

We are looking for an experienced programmer who can review programs written in COBOL/CICS/DB2/JCL, design, document, develop, and deploy code to production in a timely fashion.

Ability to analyze business needs and convert them into technical requirements, develop and deploy code, and collaborate with testing and business teams to test the new functionality.

They should be able to work with and communicate and collaborate with peers, management, business partners, staff, and other vendors.

Ability to exercise initiative, produce desired results, and achieve objectives.

Effective planning and organizational skills.

Able to multitask and support project work.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Tax system
• FIS ALLTEL/SYSTEMATICS application knowledge (TX, IM, ST, AM, RM, SC, HX and GN)
• ITSM (Incident, Release, Change)
