Job summary

The Lee Company, a global leader in precision fluid control products, is seeking an IT Programmer Analyst to support and enhance enterprise manufacturing systems in our IBM i (AS/400) environment. You will develop, maintain, and optimize applications using RPG, CL, and related IBM i tools.

In this role, you will provide technical and functional support for Infor XA ERP, work with cross-functional teams, and help ensure data integrity and process efficiency across manufacturing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with IBM i / AS400 systems.
• Knowledge of DB2/400, SQL/400, Query/400 and OS/400 commands.
• Experience supporting Infor XA in a manufacturing environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using RPG (RPG III, RPG IV, ILE / Free-Format RPGLE) and CL / CLLE.
• Provide technical and functional support for Infor XA ERP, including PowerLink and NetLink.
• Support Infor XA modules such as COM, PUR, MRP, IM, and EPDM.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Support system integrations and data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing system improvements.
